Editing day 6

This was the final day of editing which I did alone, I took on all the feedback from the editor and began to sort out the errors within the sound. Through my research I found that sound is one of the most important factors of a horror trailer. Through my research i learned that sound can impact how scary a horror trailer can be. This is as I had been watching trailers such as 'Drag Me To Hell' with and without sound and without sound it wasn't near as scary. This is because when the woman popped out of nowhere nothing made me jump because there were not any sounds in the build up to this. Therefore it is vital to not only use sound in our trailer but to use relevant sounds to create that jump factor.

Therefore i spent the whole day going back on to incompetech and gathering more sounds together so so that I was able to successfully create a horror trailer which would include the jump scare factor, getting people out of their seats and capturing them in the first 10 seconds. I realised that the sound it so important which made me reline up all the sound so that each scene flows together.
